The Traditional Reiki system is suitable for those who want to study Reiki deeply and embark on the path of a Healer. Basic exercises are also applied there. But it is a whole spiritual practice with philosophy and principles.

It is suitable for those who are ready to gradually but deeply change their lives. Learning the traditional Reiki system and conducting sessions require more time. For example, a full hands-on session takes about 60 minutes. In Kundalini Reiki, sessions are no more than 15 minutes.
