What is Kundalini?

Kundalini is spiritual energy, dormant in our coccyx. Kundalini is the "serpent" power, or dormant serpent coiled in three and a half circles lying in the muladhara chakra. When Kundalini is awakened, this energy rises through the channel running along the spine to the head, at the same time penetrating the chakras, and reaches the Crown Chakra.

Kundalini is the energy that animates, breathes life force, and stimulates our body and consciousness, the primary psychobiological force.
