The cause of muscle pain is the tearing of muscle fibers during physical exertion. The more fiber bundles we tear, the more pain we feel, and the more the muscles grow in that area, increasing in volume. However, the tearing of fibers is a normal reaction of the body to overcoming gravity.
The application of Gans in this direction involves 3 stages:
- Before: If physical exertion on a muscle group is planned, use saline water from the CO2 reactor on the intended impact zone. Spraying or using a moistened towel will give muscle cells additional energy to hold and prevent tearing.
- During exertion: Use saline water from the CO2 reactor with the addition of CuO in equal parts. CuO is necessary because the process of tearing fibers will already be underway, but we will not yet feel the pain. It is also good to apply various supporting bands, belts, knee pads, etc.
- After training: Use CO2 + CuO as both saline water from the reactor and fresh plasma. In this case, increase the treatment area by 15 cm from the pain localization site. Perform the treatment several times with short intervals.
The plasma treatment method (CO2 + CuO) is quite applicable and effective for vocal cord tears. Gargling will reduce pain and speed up the recovery of speech.
